Extended customization for document completion email notifications

We have introduced advanced customization options for emails sent upon document completion. You can now fully tailor the content of these messages using the new Edit full message option.

Note - the customization is available on Automate and Enterprise plans.

You can find this new feature:

• In step settings: Step → Advanced settings → Email notification

In the configurations for the following bots:

• Email on documents completion
• Email via Gmail on documents completion
• Email via MS Outlook on documents completion
• Notify NetSuite contacts on documents completion
• Notify Salesforce contacts on documents completion
