New Operator role for group workflows

You can now grant group members a new permission — Operator — alongside group Admin and Auditor. Members with this permission can run group workflows and see every document sent through them, including documents sent by teammates. They can also act on those documents: send reminders, change recipients, check statuses, view the audit trail, and lock, unlock, or download documents.

Once the role is assigned in altaFlow, it also applies in Salesforce — Operators can perform the same actions from the altaFlow Dashboard and the Lightning component. Make sure to download the latest version.
