Export multiple checkbox values to Salesforce

You can now send every option a recipient selects in a checkbox group to a multi-select picklist field in Salesforce. In the Update Salesforce records or Create Salesforce records bot, map the checkbox group's field group to the picklist, and all selected values are exported as a list.

This helps teams that collect multiple choices on a form — service types, regions, areas of interest — keep them in a single Salesforce field instead of one checkbox per option.
