We've made the view less busy by streamlining recipient settings and hiding non-essential details, such as repeatable step execution conditions.
If you use an Integration Contact, the step card now directly displays the specific object and field the contact is pulled from. You get complete context at a glance, without needing to open the sidebar.

The Document placeholder now supports uploading XLSX files without converting them to PDF. When the Keep spreadsheet view option is enabled in the placeholder settings, uploaded Excel files are displayed as interactive, view-only spreadsheets in the signing session, preserving all tabs, colors, and formatting.
A new version of altaFlow for Salesforce (4.1) is now available. We've updated security protocols, fixed several bugs, and made improvements to the interface. Make sure to update to the latest version.
New workspaces can now be requested through our support team. Send us a request through the support chat, and we'll be happy to help.
Have questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you.
You can now automatically export only the documents shown to a signer during their session.
Previously, handling conditional documents required configuring multiple bots to cover every possible document combination. This update allows a single export bot of your choice to intelligently export only relevant files to your external storage or email attachments.
Over the years, the product has grown into a trusted platform for managing complex document workflows. The new name reflects this evolution, with a clearer focus and enhanced tools designed for the way work happens today.
altaFlow helps you automate document workflows across systems and departments. It integrates with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics, and is built to manage processes that scale and evolve in complexity over time.
What stays the same:
What's new is the direction.
We are focusing on how altaFlow is used every day — by the people who build, maintain, and depend on workflows to drive their business. That means continuing to invest in reliable integrations, stability at scale, and support for long-running, business-critical processes.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Welcome to altaFlow.
