Simplified workflow step design

We've made the view less busy by streamlining recipient settings and hiding non-essential details, such as repeatable step execution conditions.

If you use an Integration Contact, the step card now directly displays the specific object and field the contact is pulled from. You get complete context at a glance, without needing to open the sidebar.

XLSX spreadsheet view in Document placeholder

The Document placeholder now supports uploading XLSX files without converting them to PDF. When the Keep spreadsheet view option is enabled in the placeholder settings, uploaded Excel files are displayed as interactive, view-only spreadsheets in the signing session, preserving all tabs, colors, and formatting.

altaFlow for Salesforce: new version is out

A new version of altaFlow for Salesforce (4.1) is now available. We've updated security protocols, fixed several bugs, and made improvements to the interface. Make sure to update to the latest version.

You can now automatically export only the documents shown to a signer during their session.

Previously, handling conditional documents required configuring multiple bots to cover every possible document combination. This update allows a single export bot of your choice to intelligently export only relevant files to your external storage or email attachments.
